Multi-Unit General Manager
Pacific Northwest · Relocation welcome · Full-time, salaried · Multi-unit
You’ll lead multiple established, high-volume restaurant units and build the leadership team that lets us grow. Your scope expands as the company grows.
What You’ll Do
- Own results across every unit: sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
- Keep every unit at standard for quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Recruit, train, and develop strong managers and shift leaders
- Lead with clear priorities, regular check-ins, and accountability
- Expand your scope as we add locations
Who You Are
- 3+ years as a General Manager in quick service, fast casual, or high-volume restaurants
- Multi-unit or district experience strongly preferred
- A track record of measurable results you can point to
- Open to feedback and always learning
- High standards, sharp attention to detail, and unquestioned integrity
